Are you bonded and insured?

Yes—we hold a bond certificate and carry liability and workman's compensation insurance.

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes—we want you to be happy with your window cleaning service. We work with you to make sure you're satisfied with the results should any issues arise. Our owner takes the time to visit your home or business personally to resolve any issues.

Do I have to provide cleaning supplies?

No—we bring all of our own supplies to get the job done on-time, the first time. We dispatch sufficient staff with fully-equipped vans to provide timely, high-quality service.

What do you use to clean my windows?

We use a strip washer and squeegee with a mild soap solution. For windows three stories and above, we use a deionized (DI) water-fed pole. Certain jobs may require us to power wash the area first, and we will include that in our estimate. To ensure your windows are streak-free, we use high-quality microfiber cloths to dry.

Are your cleaning products safe for people and pets?

Yes—we use a mild cleaning solution that is safe for use around people and pets. We take care to keep cleaning solutions and supplies out of reach of children and pets to prevent accidental ingestion or injury.

Do I have to be home when you clean my windows?

No—you don't have to be home when we clean your windows. We'll make arrangements with you prior to the cleaning day for how to retrieve your home key or key code. Our staff is fully trained, trusted, and reliable—they treat your home as if it is their own.

How long does window cleaning usually take?

Cleaning time varies depending on the size of your home or business. For example, it takes us around three hours to clean the interior and exterior windows and screens for a 3,000 square foot home. Time factors include building size, weather, cleaning the interior and/or exterior, and removing window elements such as mullions.

No matter the job size, we dispatch sufficient staff and vans to get your job done in a timely manner with the highest quality. As part of your estimate, our owner will include how long your specific job will take based on the above factors.

What can I expect during my window cleaning service?

Our window cleaners are fully trained, professional, and quiet. They even wear booties! If they need to move furniture or decor, they do so with great care and put everything back just as you had it before they came in.

Our cleaners are meticulous and take care to protect furniture, rugs, and upholstery from cleaning solutions and dirt. When they finish the job, they clean up everything and don't leave a mess behind. Our cleaners treat your home as if it is their own.

Do I need to do anything before you arrive?

No—we take care of all the cleaning preparation for you. If we need to remove blinds and curtains, or move furniture and decor, we do so with great care and put everything back just as you had it before we came in.

Will I need to clean window sills, carpets, and walls after my service?

No—we clean up everything. The only thing you have to do after your window cleaning service is sit back and enjoy the sunshine through your clean, clear windows!

How do you determine how much it costs to clean my windows?

Prior to beginning window cleaning services, our owner visits your home or business. He walks the property (you don't have to be there) and writes an estimate which he leaves in your mailbox. Pricing factors include building size, decorative features such as stained glass or ornamental mullions, the number of windows, cleaning the interior and/or exterior, and whether the area requires power washing. Once you review the estimate, you will contact us to schedule your cleaning. We are happy to answer any questions you have.

What happens if it rains on my scheduled cleaning day?

We stay on top of the weather forecast throughout the day. If the weather is misty or we experience passing showers, our cleaners will still come to your home. If the rain is heavy without signs of passing, we will call you to reschedule. We want you to have the best outcome without gutter run-off, mud, and high winds getting in the way.

How often should I have my windows cleaned?

Many of our regular clients schedule their window cleanings at least twice per year—in Spring and before the winter holiday season. Other clients call as needed, and we have some clients who have their windows cleaned every season. Each client's needs, home, and/or business is unique, and we work with you to determine how we can best help.
